The weather is finally starting to turn (about time), which sparked a full-on spring reset in our lives—closets cleaned out, house refreshed, garage reorganized, and even taking a hard look at our finances. We talk about what that process looked like and why it felt so needed.

One of the biggest steps we took was meeting with a financial advisor, and we break down why that’s been such an important move for us as a couple. If you’re trying to build something long-term with your partner, this is a conversation you don’t want to skip.

Of course, it wouldn’t be spring in NC without the pollen making its grand (and aggressive) return—so we get into that struggle too.

And with engagement photos coming up in April, we talk through the excitement… and the slight hesitation. Kenny shares her thoughts on some of the “posed” photo ideas, and we both agree—whatever happens, we’re keeping it natural.
